The 2016 Methow Singletrack Solstice is next weekend June 24-26! The event features some awesome mountain bike fun. For those who like big rides, there's the 30 mile long point-to-point ride from the Loup Loup area back to Winthrop. The route includes the Bear Mountain trail, Middle Fork Beaver Creek trail, trails crossing the Methow Wildlife Area, and a lunch stop at Pearrygin Lake State Park. For women looking to improve their mountain biking skills, there is a weekend long skills camp taught by professional certified mountain bike coaches Angi Weston and Lindsey Voreis.
All participants are entered into a drawing for some great schwag and can submit their favorite photos of the weekend into the Singletrack Solstice Snapshot contest for a chance to win prizes. Best of all, the proceeds of this event benefit the Methow Chapter of the Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance and its work improving mountain biking opportunities and trails in the Methow Valley.
We'll see you next weekend in the Methow!
